Notes of Function and Boolean of Algebra (Unit 2) DSTL 

1. Function:-  If hmare pass koi two non empty set h A aur B jisme Set A ke saare elements x ke pass agar atleast one element of set B ho toh use function khte.
In simple language: Agar set A ke sbhi elements ka connection Set B ke atleast one element ke sath ho toh use function khte h.
ex:- A={1,2,3,4,5} and B={a,b,c}
    R={{1,a),(2,b),(3,b),(4,c),(5,c)}
#Types of Funtions
  1. Image of Example of Into function
    Into Function: Agar function mai set A ke sabhi element ki shadow set B mai ho lekin koi ek element set B ka aisa ho jo set A ke kisi bhi element ka shadow nai ho toh aise relation ko Into Function khte h.

    Onto Function: Agar function mai set A ke sabhi element ki shadow set B mai ho aur Set B ke saare element Set A ke element ki shadow bn rhe ho toh aise relation ko Onto Function khte h.

2. Boolean Algebra:- Ek boolean Algebra complementry and disrtibutive lattice hota h means ye ek algebric system hota h jise (B,+,.) se define kiya jata h.

#Theorems of Boolean Algebra
Boolean Algebra ki kuch important theorems hoti h jinhe niche short mai smjhaya gya h.

1.Idempotent law: 
                            a+a = a , a . a = a
2.Cumulative law:
                            a + b = b + a
                            a . b = b . a
3. Associative law:
                            a + (b + c) = (a + b) + c
                            a . (b . c) = (a . b) . c
4. Complement law:
                           a . a' = 0
                           a + a' = 1
5. Distributive law:
                           a . (b + c) =  (a . b) + ( a . c)
                           a + (b . c) =  (a + b) . (a + c)
6. Identity law :
                           a + 1 = 1 , a + 0 = a
                           a . 0 = 0 , a . 1 = a
7.Absorption law:
                           a + (a . b) = a ,   a . (a + b) = a
8. Involution law:
                           (a')' = a
9. De-Morgans law:
                           (a + b)' = a' . b'
                            (a . b)' = a' + b'
